Ever since I was a child I had a passion for animals. From your fluffy rabbits to your scaly snakes and lizards but since Covid happened my love for dogs was unreal!! Just before the beginning of the first lockdown in 2020 I got myself a puppy and, as you can see from my picture, this is my handsome Black Labrador, Buddy. He has changed my life for the better and made me understand how hard it is to trust anyone with him and this is how the journey started with Wags & Walks.
When you live a busy life, it is hard to consistently provide the attention and care that your pets can demand. With years of satisfied owners and loved pets, you can rely on us to care for your pets when you're away. At Wags & Walks we are fully DBS checked and insured.
We are always prepared for any pet's needs and ensure that your pet will receive the best care and love. Their happiness and care is our priority and we strive to provide a service we would want our own pets to receive.
All walks are around 1hr 45mins and these includes pick up and drop off. Shorter walks are available if your dog/s require them. If your dog/s get wet and muddy they will be washed down and towel dry.
Great way for your dog/s to make doggy friends and socialize. Maximum 4 dogs.
Your dog/s will be alone on the walk and receive 1:1 care. The walk will be 1hr 45mins.

Aged between 12 weeks to 6 months. Walks will last for 30 mins.
Walks from 9am til 2pm.
Where your dog/s are cared for 24hrs in their own home. Two walks will be given. Please bare in mind that your pet maybe left for up to 4 hours to run personal errands and other dog walks.
Two visits a day in morning and evening and 30mins.
Daily visit in the morning or afternoon and 15 mins.
Daily Visit in the morning and 30-45 mins.

We love caring for pets! Schedule right here on our site for a meet and greet. If you have a special request, send us a message, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Phone calls and messages may not be answered while on a dog walk. The best time to call would be between early and late afternoon.

· All dogs must wear an ID tag and be microchipped while out. This is a legal requirement. Once we have given you our own collar, please ensure that your dog/s are wearing it before walking. If you leave our service at any time, please ensure you return the collar on the last walk.
· Payments for dog walking must be paid before your dog is collected. This will be invoiced to you.
· If the booking is cancelled 48 hours or less before the agreed date, then full payment is still required. If you cancelled 48 hours or more before the agreed date, we still required to pay 50% of the agreed price.
· For other pet services e.g., cat visits, bird visits, small mammals and reptiles, payments are to be paid 24 hours in advance before the visit. This will be invoiced to you on the day of booking. Our cancellation policy is a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. A 50% refund will be given if not cancelled with required notice.
· All dogs must be FULLY VACCINATED before going out with Wags & Walks, Kennel Cough Vaccination is recommended but not mandatory. At Wags and Walks we will not take any responsibility if your dog/s contracts any viral diseases while in the care of Wags and Walks. On meet and greet visit’s, Wags & Walks will ask to see vaccination certificate and take a copy for pet records.
· Bitches that are in season will not be able to interact with intact male dogs on walks. Solo walks will be available, or Wags & Walks will reschedule for another time to suit your dog/s needs.
· All pets are accepted at their owner's risk. At Wags & Walks we cannot be held responsible for ANY injury, illness, loss, or damage; however it arises. If you dog/s needs veterinary care while in our care, you as an owner are held FULLY responsible and agree to pay ALL veterinary AND medication fees.
· Wags & Walks has the right to contact your emergency contact if your dog/s shows any signs of aggressive behaviour to other dogs or walker and with holds the right to immediately take them home and even stop future walks.
· Your dog/s will have an initial meeting and we will assess the dog/s with any other dogs that are also in the setting at the time or to be walked with your dog/s.
· All dogs MUST be sociable with other dogs, children, and members of the public. If they are not, please let us know at the meet and greet so we can accommodate for your dog/s needs. If your dog does have aggressive tendencies or has a bite history, they MUST be muzzled whilst in our care and out on walks, they will also NOT be walked with other client’s dogs.
· As the owner of your dog/s, it is imperative that you fully disclose anything that would trigger bad behaviour. this includes behavioural issues, health problems, anti-social behaviour e.g., anxiety, excessive barking/howling/whining. If you fail to disclose relevant information to Wags& Walks, we reserve the right to immediately terminate all future walks and you could be banned from using our services again.
· Wags & Walks will NOT pay ANY veterinary fees, medication fees or third-party claims whilst your pet/s is with Wags & Walks.
· If Wags & Walks need to cut the walk short for any reason, we reserve the full right to do so, and we will NOT refund for any reason under any circumstance.
· Owners are responsible for ALL damage which their animal has caused to Wags & Walks property e.g., collars, leads, bedding, crates etc. You as the owner are also required to cover the costs for the new equipment, this is non-negotiable and by signing this agreement, you are liable. If this is not replaced/paid for, your walk will be terminated until its paid.
· Wags & Walks may have to cancel walks in extreme circumstances e.g., weather conditions. Clients will be contact the day before the walk and will be rescheduled later at no extra cost.
· If there is sickness at Wags & Walks, we will do our best to arrange for another walker to take over your walk but if not, we shall reschedule at no extra cost, or a refund will be given.
· Photos will be taken of your dog/s during their walks and sent to you. If you do not wish for them to be used on our website or social medias, please circle the “no” box on the client form·
On the meet and greet a client consent form will be filled out by the walker or client to ensure we have ALL the correct information so we can provide the correct needs for you animal/s.
For house sitting a 50% refundable deposit to be paid to secure your booking. You will be invoiced a week prior to the booking date to pay the remaining balance. Cancellation must be a week or more prior the booking date to be eligible for a deposit refund, if the booking has cancelled less than a week the deposit is non-refundable. If Wags & Walks need to cancel for any reason, a full deposit refund will be paid.
In an event where your pet/s become unwell or injured in which needs medical attention and owner/s are away, Wags & Walks will try to contact you first, if unable too we shall try your emergency contact after. If no answer within 2 hour (this time frame may change depending on injury or illness) we at Wags & Walk have the duty of care to take your pet/s to the vet, you have provided us to seek medical advice.
